Getting You ‘OnCourt’ ASAP

OnCourt shipping & delivery depends on your chosen products. If you’re buying a court kit, you’ll receive the hoop and components as soon as possible, to ensure they are ready to include in your sub-base construction. Court surfaces are prepared and sent after preparation which currently takes 10-12 weeks.

Modular Sports Surfaces Delivered Ready for Plug & Play Installation

Court surfaces are shipped in packs ready for simple self installation. Each court comes palletised, with numbered sheets, with a map for reference (Residential orders are curb-side delivery).

Each modular sports court is custom-made to order, with production taking approximately 10–12 weeks from confirmed receipt of order. Delivery times vary by location, and once dispatched you will receive an update with your estimated arrival date and tracking (active after customs clearance in the destination country). All duties are prepaid and deliveries are completed on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, ensuring no hidden costs.

Shipping & Customs (Non-EU Orders)

For all orders shipped outside the European Union:

• Prices shown at checkout do not include local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance fees.
• You are the Importer of Record and are solely responsible for any such charges upon delivery.
• OnCourt does not collect or remit VAT/GST, import duties, or customs fees for non-EU destinations.
• If charges are refused or unpaid, this may result in delays, return, or abandonment of the shipment. OnCourt is not liable for any resulting costs or losses and will not refund shipping or product charges in these cases.
