GARANTIE LIMITÉE À VIE DES SYSTÈMES DE BASKET-BALL
LA GARANTIE LIMITÉE À VIE s'étend uniquement à l'acheteur consommateur original au détail que les composants structurels de Mega Slam Hoops (le "Produit") sont garantis comme étant exempts de défauts de matériaux et de fabrication, sous réserve des limitations décrites ci-dessous. " Défauts " est défini comme des imperfections qui nuisent à l'utilisation du produit.

THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER AND TERMINATES IF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER OTHERWISE TRANSFERS OR SELLS THE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY IMPROPER SERVICE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, UNREASONABLE USE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OR OTHER CAUSES NOT RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP.

Subject to proper installation in accordance with the installation instructions; normal residential use for glass backboards; normal basketball related activities; and has been maintained in agreement with the instructions.

DEMANDES DE GARANTIE
Proof of purchase by the original retail Consumer Purchaser is required for all warranty claims.

Mega Sports UK Ltd reserves the right to examine physical evidence or photographs of the Product, or component parts, claimed to be defective, and to recover said Product, prior to authorising a warranty claim. If applicable, a “Return Merchandise Authorisation” (RMA) number will be required prior to shipping damaged Product by original retail Consumer Purchaser with freight prepaid.

In returning a Product or component part for repair or replacement under this warranty, the original Consumer Purchaser must prepay all shipping transportation, insurance and delivery costs, and the Product or component parts, must be delivered in either its original carton or a similar package affording an equal degree of protection.

Mega Sports UK Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the return of this Product or component parts.

Peinture, pièces rouillées, rayures de surface, décoloration, décoloration ou fissures qui n'affectent pas la fonctionnalité du Produit.

Dommages ou détérioration dus au temps ou à l'usure normale.

Les dommages dus à des "cas de force majeure" comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les inondations, les tornades, la grêle, la foudre, les tempêtes de sable, les tempêtes de vent ou les tremblements de terre.

Les dommages dus à des "facteurs environnementaux" comprennent, sans s'y limiter, des éléments tels que les retombées aériennes, les produits chimiques, les embruns marins ou le sable transporté par le vent.

Les frais d'expédition aller-retour des articles garantis ou remplacés doivent être payés à l'avance par l'acheteur consommateur initial.

Frais de service du concessionnaire, frais de main-d'œuvre ou frais de déplacement. Tous les coûts de main-d'œuvre, les frais de déplacement et les autres frais liés à l'installation, à l'inspection, à l'entretien ou au remplacement du produit, ou au remplacement de ses composants, sont à la charge de l'acheteur au détail initial.

CETTE GARANTIE REMPLACE EXPRESSÉMENT TOUTE AUTRE GARANTIE, EXPRESSE OU IMPLICITE, Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S'Y LIMITER, TOUTE GARANTIE IMPLICITE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE OU D'ADÉQUATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER, ET TOUTE AUTRE OBLIGATION DE LA PART DE MEGA SPORTS UK LTD, À CONDITION TOUTEFOIS QUE, SI L'EXCLUSION DE GARANTIE IMPLICITE EST EFFECTIVE EN VERTU DE LA LOI APPLICABLE, LA DURÉE DE TOUTE GARANTIE IMPLICITE DÉCOULANT DE L'APPLICATION DE LA LOI SOIT LIMITÉE À UN (1) AN À COMPTER DE LA DATE D'ACHAT OU À UNE PÉRIODE PLUS LONGUE REQUISE PAR LA LOI APPLICABLE.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW (A) LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR (B) THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
