Last updated: 28 Sept 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products and services supplied by OnCourt EU BV ("we", "us", "our") through oncourt.online, trading as OnCourt.
By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the mandatory statutory rights available to you as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

We supply interlocking modular sports flooring surfaces and basketball hoop systems.
2. Orders and contract formation
- All products are supplied new unless otherwise stated.
- Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier.
- Prices shown at checkout include applicable EU VAT for consumers; no further import charges apply within the EU VAT area. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. For destinations outside the EU VAT area (e.g. Norway, Switzerland), see clause 8.
- We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or a pricing error is evident; if we do, we refund any sum already paid.
3. Your right of withdrawal (consumers)
Where you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented locally.
- The period runs from the day you (or a third party you nominate) acquire physical possession of the goods; for goods delivered in separate lots, from receipt of the last lot.
- To withdraw, tell us by a clear statement before the period expires — by email to info@oncourt.online, or using the model withdrawal form. You may use the form but it is not obligatory.
- Refunds. We reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. We refund using the same means of payment you used, at no fee to you.
- Returning the goods. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Large items (e.g. basketball systems and flooring pallets) may incur substantial return carriage; contact us and we will quote the return method.
- Diminished value. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions
In line with Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — including custom court layouts, custom graphics, logos, colours, cut-to-size or made-to-order modular flooring, and bespoke line-marking — or to services fully performed with your prior express consent.
4. Statutory legal guarantee of conformity (consumers)
As a consumer you benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity of a minimum of two (2) years from delivery of the goods, in addition to any commercial warranty.
This statutory guarantee is provided by us at no cost and is separate from and additional to any commercial warranty described in clause 5. If goods do not conform to the contract, you are entitled to repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or refund, in accordance with the Sale of Goods Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in your country.
5. Commercial warranties
These commercial warranties are given voluntarily and do not affect your statutory rights under clause 4.
5.1 Modular sports tile warranty — 10 years from purchase
Covers defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship that materially affect performance under normal intended use.
Operating conditions (important). As standard, the 10-year warranty applies only where the surface is exposed to ambient temperatures above 0°C and below 30°C. Cover for freezing / sub-zero conditions (frost, ice, freeze–thaw) applies only where we have confirmed a cold-climate endorsement in writing for your project; otherwise sub-zero damage is excluded. In all cases this warranty does not cover damage, deformation, fading, discolouration or dimensional movement caused by temperatures outside the applicable band, by prolonged or direct heat exposure, or by ultraviolet (UV) / sunlight exposure — these are inherent to outdoor use, outside our control, and treated as fair wear and tear. Customers in hot / high-UV regions (e.g. southern Europe) or freezing regions (e.g. Nordic / Alpine areas) should pay particular attention. It is the customer's responsibility to assess whether the location and local climate fall within these conditions.
Maintenance. Regular cleaning with water and a soft brush; no solvents, acids, alkalis, wire brushes or abrasive tools. Failure to maintain the surface may limit a claim to the extent the damage is attributable to inadequate maintenance.
5.2 Court line-marking and logo warranty — 24 months from completion
Covers defects in the adhesion of line markings and logos under normal use. Excludes wear and tear, cosmetic fading, misuse, chemical exposure, pressure washing and events beyond our reasonable control.
5.3 Basketball hoop systems — manufacturer's warranty
Covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the specific model; coverage, duration and remedies are detailed in the documentation supplied with the product.
5.4 General terms
Fair wear and tear is not a defect. A repair or replacement under a commercial warranty does not extend the original warranty period. Claims: email info@oncourt.online with proof of purchase, photographs and a description of the defect.
6. Delivery, lead times and shipping
6.1 Estimates. All delivery dates, dispatch dates and lead times are estimates only and not guaranteed, and depend on production scheduling, material and stock availability, carrier performance and other factors. For business customers, time for delivery is not of the essence and we are not liable for delay; for consumers, statutory rights are unaffected and clause 6.5 applies.
6.2 In-stock goods are normally dispatched within 14 business days of order confirmation.
6.3 Made-to-order products and lead times. Some products — including modular sports surfaces and custom court surfacing — are made to order and manufactured specifically for you. For these, the estimated lead time stated at the time of your order is the agreed delivery period for the purposes of consumer law; lead times are estimates and may be affected by production scheduling, material availability, seasonal demand and transit.
- Court surfacing typically takes approximately 8–10 weeks from order confirmation. During busy periods, lead times can be longer due to seasonal production scheduling and demand; where this affects your order we will tell you as early as possible and agree a revised timescale.
- Modular sports surfaces are made to order; quoted timescales include production and transit time.
6.4 Pre-orders. Any dispatch date for a pre-order or not-yet-available goods is indicative and may change. You may cancel a pre-order for goods not yet dispatched at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund of sums paid for them.
6.5 Delays. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (clause 12). If delivery will be materially later than the agreed period we will tell you and, where you wish, agree a new date; as a consumer, where you have a statutory right to do so, you may end the contract for undelivered goods and receive a refund. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of use or wasted expenditure, arising from late or delayed delivery. Nothing in these Terms (including clause 9) makes us liable to pay compensation or damages for late or delayed delivery; where you are a consumer, your only remedy for a delay is to cancel any undelivered goods and receive a refund for them.
6.6 Delivery method. Basketball systems are delivered kerbside; assembly, installation and packaging removal are not included. We may deliver in instalments.
6.7 Inspection. Inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt where possible, reporting it promptly with photographs; inspect glass backboards carefully.
6.8 Access and failed delivery. Additional charges may apply for undisclosed access restrictions, post-dispatch address changes, failed deliveries, or storage at your request, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Risk and retention of title
Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with us until we have received full and cleared payment.
8. Destinations outside the EU VAT area (incl. Norway, Switzerland)
Prices shown at checkout include applicable EU VAT for consumers; no further import charges apply within the EU VAT area. Orders to destinations outside the EU VAT area are supplied excluding EU VAT, and you are responsible for all applicable import duties, local VAT, customs-clearance fees and related charges levied by the destination country's authorities. Goods delivered within the EU VAT area are supplied with EU VAT included and incur no such import charges.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for the statutory legal guarantee, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers: your statutory rights are unaffected; we are responsible for foreseeable loss resulting from our breach. Business customers: our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of use or wasted expenditure.
10. Product information, samples and tolerances
Descriptions, images, samples, colours, weights and dimensions are indicative only. Products are manufactured to commercial tolerances: minor variations in colour, shade, texture, finish and dimensions — between samples, images and delivered goods, and between batches — are normal, are not a defect, and do not affect fitness for use. Where colour-matching or batch consistency matters, request written confirmation before ordering. Slight colour change or fading over time is fair wear and tear (clause 5.4). This does not affect consumer statutory rights.
11. Site, suitability and customer responsibilities
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing: you are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for your location, use and conditions and for providing accurate measurements and site information; you are responsible for the condition and preparation of the site (sub-base, foundations, levelling, drainage, surface); and we are not liable for defects, movement or unsuitability arising from site conditions, inadequate sub-base or drainage, ground movement or subsidence, incorrect measurements or information you provide, or incorrect installation. Any guidance we give is provided in good faith but you must verify suitability for your project. This does not limit consumer statutory rights.
12. Events outside our control (force majeure)
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest or terrorism, strikes, failure of utilities or transport networks, shortage or unavailability of materials, import/export restrictions, and acts or omissions of suppliers, manufacturers or carriers. Time for performance is extended for the duration of the event and we will contact you. If it continues for a prolonged period, either of us may end the contract for undelivered goods and we will refund sums paid for goods not delivered. This does not affect consumer statutory rights.
13. General
Entire agreement: these Terms, your order and any document referred to in them form the entire agreement between us; save for consumer statutory rights, you have not relied on any statement not set out in them (this does not limit liability for fraud). Variation: binding only if agreed by us in writing. No waiver: delay or failure to enforce our rights is not a waiver. Assignment: we may transfer our rights and obligations; this will not affect your rights. Third parties: only you and we may enforce these Terms.
14. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is OnCourt EU BV, Mosten 13, 9160 Lokeren, Belgium. Full details of the data we hold, the lawful bases, retention periods and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy at oncourt.online.
15. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at info@oncourt.online. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may refer the matter to a competent consumer ADR body in your country. This does not affect your right to bring proceedings before the competent courts.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and disputes are subject to the competent Belgian courts — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and your right to bring proceedings there (Rome I Regulation, Article 6).
17. Language
These Terms may be translated for your convenience. In the event of conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails, save where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
18. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
