We decide how and why your personal data is processed, so we are the "controller" of that data under the GDPR.
2. What data we collect
- Identity and contact data — your name, email address, telephone number, and delivery and billing addresses.
- Order and transaction data — the products you order, the court designs and configurations you create, order values, delivery details, and records of your enquiries and correspondence with us.
- Payment data — payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details; we retain only confirmation of payment and, where provided to us, the card type and last digits.
- Account data — where you create an account: your login details and any saved designs or quotes.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Marketing preferences — your consent to receive marketing and your contact preferences.
We collect this data when you make an enquiry, request a quote, place an order, design a court, contact us, subscribe to updates, or browse the Site.
3. How and why we use your data

Where we rely on consent — for example marketing emails or non-essential cookies — you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Some of the providers listed above are based in, or process data in, the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on an appropriate safeguard — a European Commission adequacy decision, or the Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with any additional measures required.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary:
- Order, transaction and accounting records — for the period required by Belgian tax and accounting law (generally up to 10 years).
- Enquiries and quotes that do not lead to an order — normally up to 24 months.
- Account data and saved designs — while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised on request.
- Marketing data — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Conversations with the assistant on our website or court designer — kept for 90 days. After that we remove personal details from them and keep the anonymised conversation to improve our help content.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have your data erased; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email scott@oncourt.online. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, www.dataprotectionauthority.be) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. You control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.
