Backboard
The backboard is where a hoop feels premium or feels like a toy. MegaSlam systems use thick tempered glass, so the ball rebounds true: clean bank shots, no dead spots, none of the plastic flex you get on a budget board. Choose the regulation 72″ (183 cm) board for a full-size feel, or the 60″ (152 cm) where space is tighter.
Adjustable height
A tool-free crank raises the rim to the regulation 3.05 m (10 ft) and lowers it for younger players, so the same system grows with your court. Lift-assist cylinders keep the handle light through the whole range, and a parallel-arm linkage holds the backboard square at every height.
Pro Flex rim
The 180° Pro Flex rim is a true directional breakaway: it gives under load and springs straight back, so dunks and hard rebounds never bend the ring or shake the board. It's the rim you feel on every finish, not just a line on the spec sheet.
Rock-solid structure
A pole that flexes on the shot ruins the rebound. Twelve welded gussets brace the pole where it meets its base plate, and that plate bolts down onto four J-bolts cast into a concrete footing: no wobble at the backboard, no rattle mid-game, even under a full-weight dunk.
