Warehouse bay court

One bay of a warehouse or a light-industrial unit. This is the first court in the indoor range that plays like a gym rather than like a practice floor. At 11.58 m deep there is real room behind the three-point line, so you shoot from distance with your feet set instead of standing on the arc. At 9.14 m wide there is a genuine wing to attack from. It is still short of the 13.20 m of width that keeps both corner segments of the arc, so the line runs off at the sidelines rather than turning back to the baseline. 6.1 m is the clear height we recommend for basketball and it is the number this court is built around: the shooting arc clears the rim and the top of the backboard with room to spare. Below it you are trading away the top of your shot. Trinidad Blue court with a Sky Blue key on a Graphite Grey surround, in Dynamic Pro II. There is 0.91 m of tiled run-off all round, all inside the room, which is also what the hoop needs behind its post to clear the wall. Warehouse floors are usually power-floated concrete, which is the best sub-base this tile ever gets. Lay straight onto it with no preparation, and lift and relay the court elsewhere if the lease ends.
