Futsal Courts
Futsal is the one sport a hard, true floor improves: the low-bounce ball was designed for it.
A futsal ball rebounds far less than a football, which only works on a consistent floor. Grip matters as much: the surface has to let a flat-soled shoe stop and turn predictably.
