Subject to proper installation in accordance with the installation instructions; normal residential use for glass backboards; normal basketball related activities; and has been maintained in agreement with the instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


GARANTIKRAV<\/strong>
Proof of purchase by the original retail Consumer Purchaser is required for all warranty claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mega Sports UK Ltd reserves the right to examine physical evidence or photographs of the Product, or component parts, claimed to be defective, and to recover said Product, prior to authorising a warranty claim. If applicable, a \u201cReturn Merchandise Authorisation\u201d (RMA) number will be required prior to shipping damaged Product by original retail Consumer Purchaser with freight prepaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In returning a Product or component part for repair or replacement under this warranty, the original Consumer Purchaser must prepay all shipping transportation, insurance and delivery costs, and the Product or component parts, must be delivered in either its original carton or a similar package affording an equal degree of protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mega Sports UK Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the return of this Product or component parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
