BASKETBALL-SYSTEME BEGRENZTE LEBENSLANGE GARANTIE<\/strong>
DIE BESCHR\u00c4NKTE LEBENSLANGE GARANTIE gilt nur f\u00fcr den Erstk\u00e4ufer im Einzelhandel. F\u00fcr die strukturellen Komponenten der Mega Slam Hoops (das \"Produkt\") wird garantiert, dass sie frei von Material- und Verarbeitungsfehlern sind, vorbehaltlich der unten beschriebenen Einschr\u00e4nkungen. \"M\u00e4ngel\" sind definiert als Unvollkommenheiten, die den Gebrauch des Produkts beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER AND TERMINATES IF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER OTHERWISE TRANSFERS OR SELLS THE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY IMPROPER SERVICE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, UNREASONABLE USE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OR OTHER CAUSES NOT RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subject to proper installation in accordance with the installation instructions; normal residential use for glass backboards; normal basketball related activities; and has been maintained in agreement with the instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


GARANTIEANSPR\u00dcCHE<\/strong>
Proof of purchase by the original retail Consumer Purchaser is required for all warranty claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mega Sports UK Ltd reserves the right to examine physical evidence or photographs of the Product, or component parts, claimed to be defective, and to recover said Product, prior to authorising a warranty claim. If applicable, a \u201cReturn Merchandise Authorisation\u201d (RMA) number will be required prior to shipping damaged Product by original retail Consumer Purchaser with freight prepaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In returning a Product or component part for repair or replacement under this warranty, the original Consumer Purchaser must prepay all shipping transportation, insurance and delivery costs, and the Product or component parts, must be delivered in either its original carton or a similar package affording an equal degree of protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mega Sports UK Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the return of this Product or component parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Versandkosten f\u00fcr garantierte oder ausgetauschte Artikel in beide Richtungen m\u00fcssen vom urspr\u00fcnglichen Endverbraucherk\u00e4ufer im Voraus bezahlt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
