Book Your Site Survey

Fully Managed Installation projects begin by booking a site survey with an Oncourt Approved Court Builder.

We aim to schedule your site survey within two weeks of your payment date. Charged at £179.95, the site survey fee is redeemable against the total cost of your project, or a component purchase in the OnCourt Shop.

Following the site survey, we will communicate the accurate cost of your project within 10 days. Watch the video to learn more about site surveys and the information that can shape the overall cost of your court sub-base installation.

Self-Managed Court Installation

Thank you for choosing a self-managed court installation. Accurate sub-base construction is critical in ensuring you gain the greatest benefit from OnCourt sports surfaces. Detailed technical specifications will be provided via email for you or your preferred contractor to complete the court sub-base construction.

In the meantime, following payment, we’ll send the necessary anchor systems for your court components which will need to be installed during sub-base construction. Your court surface will be prepared so installation coincides with sub-base completion.

Traction² court surfaces will be prepared and shipped with easy to follow installation instructions. MUGA Pro Synthetic Grass Surfaces require expert installation, which will be arranged following payment.

Sub-base suitability is critical in gaining the greatest benefits from OnCourt sports surfaces and components. Be sure to thoroughly check your existing sub-base meets the minimum flatness tolerances. More information on Sub-Base Suitability here.

If you are in any doubt, we encourage you to change your submission to ‘fully managed installation’. You will be prompted to book a Site Survey, where a court construction specialist can assess your prospective sub-base and recommend and price any patch repairs or more complex work should it be required.
